1. Item condition: All items must be returned in unused, unworn, original condition with tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original condition with packaging and tags. We will not accept items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.

3. Reverse pick up: We offer a pick-up facility in select locations based on our courier serviceability. We will pick up the return within 3-5 business days from the request approval date. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of approval of the return request.
